In Santa Catarina Minas, 1,700 meters above sea level, the García Vigil family has been cultivating the same land as their grandparents for over a century.

Our agaves grow wild for decades before being harvested. There is no rush. Time is the most important ingredient in a great mezcal.

Every bottle carries the lot number and the master's name. Transparency is not marketing — it's respect for the mezcal and for the person drinking it.
