Description
Ancestral mezcal crafted from a blend of Espadín (10 years) and Marteño (13 years) agaves, cooked in a conical oven with sabino wood, fermented with native yeast in well water, and double-distilled in stacked barrel pots (Filipino still). Produced in Valles Centrales, Oaxaca by master distiller Edgar Angeles Carreño.
