Description
Ancestral mezcal from 12-year-old Cuishe agave (Agave rhodacantha), harvested in Valles Centrales. Cooked in a conical earthen oven, milled with an electric shredder, and double-distilled in stacked clay pots (Filipino still) with native yeast.
